1. Information we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Your delivery address and location (latitude/longitude) used to find nearby shops.
- The document you upload for printing, and your print preferences.
2. How we use your information
We use your information only to fulfil your order — to match you with the nearest suitable print shop, print your document, arrange delivery, and keep you updated on your order.
3. We do not sell or share your data
- We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing or advertising.
- The only parties who receive your details are those strictly necessary to complete your order: the assigned print shop (to print your document) and our delivery partner, Borzo (to deliver it to your address). They may only use your information to fulfil your order.
4. Your documents are kept private
Uploaded documents are stored securely and are accessible only to the print shop assigned to your order and our authorised staff. They are never made public and are not used for any purpose other than printing your order.
5. Communications
We send you transactional SMS and email messages for order confirmation, status updates, and delivery. These are part of the service and are not marketing messages.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and private file storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data.
7. Data retention
We retain order information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
