Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and when a refund applies. Because every order is a custom print job produced specifically for you, the rules below reflect the stage your order has reached.

1. Cancellation

  • Before the document is printed — you can cancel your order free of charge. If you have already paid, you receive a full refund.
  • After the document is printed — cancellation is not allowed, because the print job has already been produced at the shop's cost.
  • If you still wish to cancel after printing, you must pay the print cost for the job already completed. Delivery may be skipped, but the printing charge is non-refundable.

2. Refunds

  • A refund is issued only if you do not receive your printed documents — for example, a failed or non-delivery.
  • Once your documents have been delivered, the order is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund, as the printed material is custom-made and cannot be resold.
  • If the wrong document was printed due to an error on our side or the partner shop's side, contact us and we'll reprint or refund at no extra cost.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. (Online payments are being added soon; until then, eligible refunds are handled directly by our support team.)
